This page explains what we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little right now.
Who we are
New Earth Soul is a planned peer community for adults exploring spiritual awakening and meaningful inner change. You can reach us at hello@newearthsoul.com.
What we collect when you join the waitlist
- Your email address, so we can confirm your sign-up and write to you when the pilot opens.
- Your full name, so we can address you properly.
- Your country and city (not your street address), so we can see where the community is gathering.
- An optional message, if you tell us something you'd like us to add to the site.
- Whether you ticked "send me news about the memoir." That box is optional.
- When you signed up and when you confirmed.
- You also confirm you are 18 or older. We store the fact that you confirmed, not your age.
We do not ask for your beliefs, health information, or exact address. Please don't put anything sensitive in the optional message. Your name, location and message are only seen by our team.
How we use it
- To send you one confirmation email, and then to tell you when the pilot opens.
- To understand who is interested and where they are, and to read your ideas for the site.
- If you ticked the box, to send occasional news about the memoir No One Could Hear Me.
- We do not sell your address, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI.
You are only counted as on the list after you click the link in the confirmation email. If you don't, we won't email you again.
Who handles it for us
- Resend sends our emails, so your address and the message pass through their service.
- Our hosting provider stores the list on servers in the United States.
- This page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google can see your IP address when the page loads. We don't add analytics or advertising trackers.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone from serious harm.
Protecting the form
To stop abuse we count sign-up attempts per address and per visitor. Those counts use a scrambled (hashed) version and are deleted within a day.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the project ends and we delete the list. If you unsubscribe, we delete your address and keep only a scrambled (hashed) version so we never email you again by mistake.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of any email. It takes one click.
- Ask for a copy or deletion by writing to hello@newearthsoul.com. We'll answer within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, such as the right to complain to a data protection authority. We'll honor them.
Children
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 joined, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this notice in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and, when the pilot opens, tell people on the list.
